1. Who we are
Alpha Flooring And Tile LLC (“Alpha Flooring and Tile”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a flooring and tile installation contractor based in Brentwood, Tennessee, serving Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This website is intended for residents of the United States and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to your request:
- Information you give us through the quote form: your name, city, phone number, email address (optional), the services you are interested in, and any project details you choose to share.
- Consent record: whether you checked the consent box, along with the date and time of your submission and the page you submitted it from. We keep this as proof of your opt-in.
- Basic technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and referring page. This is standard web-server information.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or health information. Please do not include those in the message field.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your quote request, by phone, text message or email.
- To prepare an estimate and schedule an on-site visit or the work itself.
- To answer questions and provide service updates related to your project.
- To keep records required for our business and to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing from other companies.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
Program description. Alpha Flooring and Tile sends text messages about flooring and tile inquiries, quotes, appointment scheduling and service updates to customers who request them.
How you opt in. By checking the consent box on our quote form and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Alpha Flooring and Tile at the number you provided, regarding your inquiry, quotes, scheduling and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can always call us instead at (615) 727-4435.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your project and how often we need to reach you.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the messaging service providers and subcontractors strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked for.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations — typically no longer than seven years — after which they are deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
Your form submission is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of calls or email: tell us during any call, or email us and we will remove you.
- Access, correct or delete: email us and we will honor reasonable requests as required by applicable law.
Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
